April concentrates her practice in all aspects of civil litigation, including both construction and general liability matters. Prior to joining Clapp Moroney, April practiced complex and commercial litigation as well as intellectual property litigation representing international corporations in trademark, copyright, and trade secret disputes. Since joining Clapp Moroney, April has represented developers, general contractors, and subcontractors in complex construction litigation cases. She has also represented individuals in a variety of general liability matters, including disputes involving both property damage and personal injury claims.
April graduated with honors from the University of California, Berkeley, with a B.A. in English. She then earned her Juris Doctorate from Berkeley Law, Boalt Hall School of Law. While in law school, April was involved with the Asian Law Journal, the Immigration Clinic, and was a co-chair of the Filipino American Law Society.
April is admitted to practice in California and is a member of the San Mateo County Bar Association.
