David Y. Yoshida

David Y. Yoshida is an associate at Clapp Moroney’s San Francisco/Peninsula office and a member of the construction litigation group. Prior to joining Clapp Moroney, David has had experience with a broad range of commercial litigation matters, including matters involving class antitrust, commercial tort and breach of contract issues.

David graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English from California State University Los Angeles in 2007. He subsequently earned his law degree from UC Hastings College of the Law in 2010. While at Hastings, he spent a semester abroad to study international business law at Bucerius Law School in Hamburg, Germany. Additionally, David gained corporate compliance experience as an in-house law clerk at a billion-dollar clothing company.

He is a member of the Asian American Bar Association of Northern California and a member of the Korean American Bar Association of Northern California’s Social Committee.  David is admitted to practice before all Courts in California and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District.
