Jeffrey M. Vucinich is a Founding Partner of the Firm and has been practicing law for 30 years. He specializes in general civil litigation, professional liability cases, governmental liability matters, and environmental mass toxic tort cases. He has been elected to the American Board of Trial Advocates. He has been elected a Charter Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America. He has been recognized as a Northern California Super Lawyer. He is listed in Lexington’s Who’s Who of American Lawyers. He is a member of the Council on Litigation Management, the Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California, and the Defense Research Institute. Throughout his career he has successfully tried and arbitrated numerous cases before Judges, juries, and arbitrators throughout Northern California in both State and Federal courts. He has numerous published verdicts.
Mr. Vucinich received his B.S. cum laude from Stanford University and his J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law. He is admitted to practice law in California before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the United States District for the Northern and Eastern Districts of California. He is a member of the San Francisco, Alameda, and Santa Clara Bar Associations.
