Jennifer L. Wilhelmi Diaz

Jennifer Wilhelmi joined Clapp, Moroney, Vucinich, Beeman and Scheley in 1997 and has been with the firm her entire legal career.  She became a partner with the firm in 2007.  Since joining the firm, Jennifer has specialized in construction defect litigation, representing developers, general contractors and subcontractors in the defense of construction claims.  As part of the defense of these clients, Jennifer has successfully represented her clients through various Alternative Dispute Resolution methods employed by the parties.  In addition to the representation of contractors in the defense of litigated claims, Jennifer has advised clients in pre-litigation matters in an advisory role.

As part of her practice, Jennifer works effectively within the Special Master and Alternative Dispute Resolution process by obtaining cost effective and timely resolution of claims for her clients.

Jennifer received her B.A. in Government and Philosophy from Claremont McKenna College in 1993, and her J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law in 1996.  She is admitted to practice in California and before the United States Court of Appeal for the Ninth Circuit and U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.  Jennifer is a member of the Santa Clara County Bar Association.
