Justine joined Clapp|Moroney in 2009 as a member of the firm’s Construction Defect and Property Damage Group. Prior to joining the firm, Justine practiced both general civil litigation and construction litigation.
In 2001, Justine graduated with honors from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, where she received a B. S. in Journalism. She earned her J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2007. During law school, Justine served as the Senior Technical Editor for the Santa Clara Law Review and was a competitor in the school’s Honors Moot Court competition. She was also an Emery Merit Scholar and the recipient of the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence in Legal Analysis, Research and Writing. Justine was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2007.
