Shannon E. Mallory

Shannon Mallory joined the firm as an associate attorney and is a member of the general civil liability practice group. Prior to joining Clapp Moroney, Shannon practiced personal injury and employment law at a firm in Oakland. She also has experience practicing family law in Alameda, Solano, Sonoma, and Sacramento County.

Shannon received her Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2012, with a concentration in environmental law. During law school, Shannon was on the Dean’s List, excelled in Trial Advocacy, and earned a Mediation Certificate. Shannon also served for two years as a board member for a non-profit organization dedicated to conservation and volunteered at a landlord-tenant clinic. In 2009, Shannon earned a Bachelor of Arts in Cognitive Science from Occidental College. Shannon is admitted to practice before all California state courts.
