Stephen Harrington graduated from University of San Francisco with a B.A. in Politics. He received his J.D. from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2002. During law school, Steve was a Staff Writer and Assistant Managing Editor of McGeorge’s international law journal, The Transnational Lawyer. He was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2002 and is licensed to appear in the United States District Court for the Northern and Eastern Districts of California.
