Van joined Clapp Moroney in 2011 as a member of the Firm’s Construction Defect and Property Damage Group.
Van graduated in 2000 from the University of California at Los Angeles with a B.A. in Psychology and a minor in Philosophy. She received her J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 2004. During law school, Van served as the Senior Articles Editor for the Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly and was a judicial extern for the Honorable Thang Barrett of the Santa Clara Superior Court of California. Prior to joining the Firm, Van practiced corporate and securities transactions and patent litigation.
