Anna M. Harris

Anna-Patrice is a member of the Personal Injury and General Liability Practice Groups. Prior to joining Clapp Moroney, Anna-Patrice practiced workers’ compensation defense at an East Bay firm with a specialty in defending serious and willful and Labor Code 132a discrimination claims. She has also practiced as a solo practitioner throughout the Bay Area in various civil litigation matters.

Anna-Patrice was born and raised in San Jose, California. She earned her bachelor degree in political science with a minor in rhetorical communications from Xavier University of Louisiana. In 2015, she graduated cum laude from North Carolina Central University School of law with a certificate in constitutional law and civil rights. While in law school, she interned with Legal Aid of North Carolina, Santa Clara County Public Defenders, and a civil rights firm in Oakland. As a third year student she participated in the NCCU School of Law Civil Litigation clinic and provided pro bono civil representation to area residents.

Anna-Patrice is admitted to practice in all California state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
