Berlinie M. St-Fort

Berlinie St-Fort is an Associate Attorney within Clapp Moroney’s Construction Law and General Liability Practices. Berlinie’s practice includes personal injury, premises liability, construction defect, insurance, and other general civil matters.

Berlinie St-Fort received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Florida Atlantic University. She majored in Communication Studies and minored in English and Sociology. Berlinie earned her Juris Doctor from Florida A&M University College of Law, where she graduated cum laude. While in law school, Berlinie served as the President of the American Constitution Society, Vice-President of the Caribbean Law Students Association, and Graduation Chair for the Student Bar Association. Berlinie also had the opportunity to work as a law clerk for a law firm that specializes in Insurance Defense.

During law school, Berlinie spent a semester abroad in Cape Town, South Africa where she learned about International Human Rights, Diversity Issues in Client Counseling and South Africa’s transition from Apartheid to Democracy.

Before joining Clapp Moroney, Berlinie worked for a South Florida law firm as a First Party Property Attorney.

Berlinie is admitted to practice law in Florida and California. She is also a member of the Charles Houston Bar Association, Association of Defense Counsel and the Alameda Bar Association.

In her spare time, Berlinie enjoys hiking and exploring the San Francisco Bay Area.
