Caleb W. Mariani

Caleb joined Clapp Moroney as an associate in 2015 and is a member of the firm’s Construction Defect Group. Prior to joining Clapp Moroney, Caleb practiced civil litigation with a law firm in San Francisco which specialized in the defense of general liability matters including personal injury, premises liability, and auto and trucking accidents. Since joining Clapp Moroney, Caleb has specialized in construction defect litigation representing developers and general contractors throughout California.

Caleb earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He received his Juris Doctorate and a Certificate in Business Law from the University of San Francisco School of Law.

During law school, Caleb served as a legal extern with the Real Estate and Finance Team at the San Francisco City Attorney’s Office. He also worked as an intern for the General Counsel’s Office at Peralta Community College District. In addition, Caleb was a law clerk for an international law firm in Vietnam and was a Technical Editor for the University of San Francisco School of Law Maritime Law Journal.

Caleb is licensed to practice law in the State of California and is a member of the Bar Association of San Francisco.
