Mitchell E. Thielemann

Mitchell Thielemann joined Clapp Moroney as an associate in 2022 and is a member of the firm’s General Liability Group. His practice includes Personal Injury, Landlord-Tenant Disputes, Wrongful Death, Premises Liability, Municipal Liability, and other general civil matters.

Mitchell Earned his Juris Doctorate From Lewis & Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon, with a specialization in Environmental Law. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington.

During Law School, Mitchell served on multiple organizations, including serving as the Notes and Comments Editor on the Environmental Law Review, externing at the International Environmental Law Project (IELP), and competing in the 28th Annual National NALSA (Native American Law Students Association) Moot Court Competition at Berkeley Law in 2020.

Mitchell is licensed to practice law in the State of California.

In his free time, Mitchell enjoys surfing, skiing and backpacking throughout the beautiful nature of the Western United States.
