Paolo A. Braccini

Paolo Braccini is a litigation associate at Clapp Moroney in San Bruno, California. He focuses on a broad range of civil litigation matters. Prior to joining the firm, he practiced law at a boutique real estate litigation firm in San Francisco. Prior to private practice, he was a law fellow at California Lawyers for the Arts.

Mr. Braccini earned his juris doctorate from U.C. Hastings. While at Hastings, he was also judicial extern at the Superior Court of California, County of San Mateo for both the Honorable Joseph E. Bergeron and the Honorable Joseph C. Scott.

Prior to law school, he worked in financial services at Marsh & McLennan Companies, serving Silicon Valley tech clients and elite research universities.

Mr. Braccini is an undergraduate alumnus of Santa Clara University. At Santa Clara, he earned two baccalaureate degrees, through the Leavey School of Business and the College of Arts & Sciences, respectively.

Mr. Braccini is a dual U.S – E.U. national. He speaks Italian fluently.
