Rebecca R. Spodick

Rebecca Spodick is an Associate Attorney within Clapp Moroney’s Personal Injury and General Liability Practice. Rebecca’s practice includes Personal Injury, Landlord-Tenant disputes, Wrongful Death, Negligent Property Management, Premises Liability, and other general civil matters.

Rebecca Spodick earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California in both Criminology, Law and Society, and Psychology and Social Behavior. During college, Rebecca spent a semester studying abroad in Paris, France at the UC Paris Study Center. Rebecca earned her J.D. from the University of San Francisco, School of Law, where she graduated cum laude. During law school, Rebecca externed for the Unified Family Court at the Superior Court of San Francisco and interned with Administrative Law Judge Michael Rosas at the National Labor Relations Board in Washington, D.C.

Rebecca is admitted to practice in all state courts of California.
