Travis D. Swallow

Travis D. Swallow is an Associate Attorney within Clapp Moroney’s Personal Injury and General Liability Practice groups. Travis’ practice includes Personal Injury, Landlord-Tenant disputes, Wrongful Death, Property Management Claims, Premises Liability, and other general civil matters.

Travis earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University (2015), where he studied Recreation Management through the Marriott School of Management. Travis earned his Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco School of Law, including a certificate in Intellectual Property law. While in law school, Travis was active in Moot Court as a coach and competitor. Travis competed for USF in the Saul Lefkowitz Moot Court Competition which focuses on Trademark and Unfair Competition law. Travis completed internships with Idaho Sixth District Court Judge Rick Carnaroli, Cabinet Armengaud-Guerlain located in Paris, France, and the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee.
