Warren M. Klein

Warren is a member of the firm’s General Liability Practice Group. Prior to joining Clapp Moroney, Warren practiced civil litigation with a plaintiff’s law firm in Berkeley.

Warren graduated in 2008 from Pitzer College in Claremont, CA, with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in Environmental Science. In 2011, Warren earned his law degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law with a certificate of specialty in Business and Securities Law. While in law school, he served on the Investor Justice Clinic at the peak of the 2008 financial crash and focused on holding stock brokers accountable for their unsuitable investments on behalf of elderly plaintiffs’ and their life savings. In 2013 Warren earner his legal masters degree, LL.M., in Environmental Law. Warren’s Master’s thesis was published in The Environmental Claims Journal, covering the intersections of environmental law, insurance law, and securities and financial law.

Warren passed the bar in New York and New Jersey in 2013, and was admitted to practice in California in 2015.
